    This was my first time trying any IHOP. I'm not a fast food fan, and there weren't too many options near the highway. We stopped here and asked for a burger and a chicken crêpe. My crêpe was delicious, the dough was well done (skinny), and everything tasted fresh. It took more time than an average fast food chain, but fresh food prepared right in the moment (and not in the microwave) deserved the time. It wasn't slow, just right time to stop in the middle of our trip.

    This review will most likely solidify what others are saying about this restaurant. The table turnover time, which an industry standard should be 20 minutes, can EASILY be over an hour to hour and a half. The food is extremely low quality. The staff does need to be trained better. Back to the staffing issue, the last time I had the horrid displeasure of visiting this abomination of a restaurant, my wife and I waited OVER THIRTY-FIVE MINUTES before someone took our order. It was another TWENTY minutes before we got our drinks. We complained at the corporate level and no one returned our call/tweets. When the food was presented to us, it was sloppily prepared, lukewarm at best to the touch, and the bacon was soggy. The prices are also outrageous. I remember when they opened, they were a 24 hour restaurant...but I believe their hours had been cut. I'm sorry, but if you want something even close to breakfast related, go somewhere else and spend your hard earned money on quality food.

    Sunday night 10:00 pm seated & server passed our table 5 times without acknowledging us. No drinks water coffee nothing! Got up to leave & he decided to acknowledge us. Went elsewhere! After reading other negative reviews will probably never go back.

    Felt like I was in the international house of apologies. Everywhere I listened I heard excuses and apologies. Food was ok. Service was not. It is clear management issues abound.

    I thought it was a roach leg but mgr. says "oh I know what it is that happens all the time" it's the bristles from the brush the clean the grills with" waited for almost 2 hours just to find a surprise in my omelet.

    OMG....UGH. I couldn't get reception on my phone and this is supposed to be in bowling green. But the worst place you could' ever try to eat at-my husband ordered the sirloin tips-tasted funny-I tasted and it was maple syrup, no mention of anything other than mushrooms and onions). The waiter said they put different junk in every day-what are they disguising!! My order was supposed to be sirloin steak with blue cheese-it was as thin as a toothpick-over some over cooked smashed red potatoes-I wanted corn to replace broccoli, got it anyway so they said oh we will get u the corn right away-45min after-it was cooked to mush so were they scraping from other plates til they got enough. I couldn't check yelp because no reception-my advice don't go then. It was obvious after I got back to the real world and read previous reviews. Take heed-my husband threw up before we left. STAY AWAY

    The worst Ihop I've ever eaten at. Ordered the Steak omelet and pancakes, yuck. Wondering why they think this is food, the meat was very close to rancid. Just waiting for food poisoning here. The pancakes were very undercooked, the middles were raw. Please don't go here..

    Clean dining room. Prompt service. Food that's edible. When traveling you never know what you're gonna get. I was hungry and the food was good. Nuff said.

    NO STARS - This was one of the WORST IHOP experiences I've ever had. Although clean, the first note of disarray was confusion on how to seat a family of 7. Once seated Preston (our server) was very nice though he was also a victim of poor leadership, minimal cook staff, and lack of teamwork. It took 3 separate food deliveries over 2 hours for our family to finally get their food - after talking to a "manager" who delivered the last set of pancakes - dropping the whip cream on the table as he served. It was awful and painful to watch. After three discussions with the "manager" he went to another "manager" and offered to take off about $30 from my $92 bill - most of which was for food that wasn't delivered to the table or was wrong. It was the longest 2 hours and an extremely poor experience. IHOP - get some strong leaders who know how to build an amazing team and turn this place around. Looks like the reviews say the same things over and over - for years. The 800 number has been informed. Beware - unless you have time to kill and aren't hungry. Thank you, Preston. You were the only shining light of hope - though I'm sure you will be transitioning away out of frustration soon.

    I will give this IHOP the benefit of a doubt and say that the terrible service was due to the fact that the establishment is fairly new. We had a large party on a Sunday around brunch, which I understand is difficult to accommodate, but our server didn't seem to care to be bothered with the challenge. Refills were lacking, and our table of 12 twenty-somethings was brought only one check and left to fend for ourselves to figure it out. We meticulously labeled each item and payment and wished our server well, but she still charged a couple of the cards the wrong items. Just a strange and unnecessary struggle on her part, it seems. Food was great, which redeemed this place a couple of stars. Everyone in our party was very happy with their orders. The omelets were particularly a hit, as well as the iced coffee.

    Came here with my daughter on a Saturday morning. 20 min wait was to be expected. It took over 35 mins to be seated even though there were empty tables and it had cleared out. Took 20 mins to receive water & coffee once seated. Food came out cold, and also took more than 40 mins. It was absurd. Ordered crepes and a kids meal. Ended up getting sick from the food by that evening. Will NOT be going back.

    Well unfortunately the service at this IHOP is still non existent. It took almost 15 minutes just to get a cup of coffee. They "forgot" I was here. The food when it finally arrived was fine which is why I gave 2 stars. If you're thinking of trying this IHOP be prepared for a very long wait. BTW, I was there on a Tuesday morning about 10:00 hardly busy at all. Good luck on a weekend!

    Omelets and hash browns were horrible, yet the only offer when we told server was to bring us something else. Next breakfast will not be Ihop. There are at least two other restaurants close by (waffle house and bob evans) that serve better breakfasts.

    First off, as a party of one, you usually get treated as if you were in exile but this time they marked off my name without even calling it. Then when I noticed couples coming in we're getting seated faster I said something to them about my place on the call list. They found my name on a different sheet marked off and there were at least 10 other names marked off after mine!!! Them it took close to 10 minutes to even get a server and a glass of water!!!!! TERRIBLE SERVICE AND MANAGEMENT!!! Although the server was very polite. Food was really good. Server took as long to bring change back to the table as she took to bring food!!!!

    I don't know what happen. I came here a month ago it was great. Today it was gross. Sat down to a dirty coffee pot. Hair in the bacon and a crusty water glass. Service so far is awful. Been waiting on our check for a while now. Maybe an off day? 11:00 am so it's pretty busy. Manager discounted our check for the hairy bacon.
